I’m Mahima Didwania, a Registered Psychologist, Certified Schema Therapist, Clinical Hypnotherapist & Trainer, Approved Supervisor, Accredited Advanced EFT Practitioner and EFTi Trainer (NQT), bringing over 15 years of clinical experience and a genuine love of teaching to every course I run.

Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT Tapping) is a a proven, evidence-based somatic approach which blends acupuncture points (without needles) and psychology to release stuck emotions and shift negative patterns. EFT offers tangible ways to build emotional resilience, supports lasting change, enhances overall wellbeing & integrates smoothly with other therapeutic approaches, making it great for both personal development & professional use.

You will learn how to use EFT for emotional regulation, pain management, reducing stress & anxiety, processing trauma and working through core issues in this skills-focused experiential training.

This hybrid training takes place in beautiful Singapore. We’ll start with two rich, in-person days of immersive learning, connection, and practice. After that, we’ll continue with paced online modules so you have time to process, integrate, and fit the learning around your work and family life.

You’ll be guided through the EFT International syllabus, with plenty of space for hands-on practice, real-life case examples, and supportive feedback. My approach draws on my specialization in trauma and anxiety and my grounding in psychotherapy, giving a depth and roundedness to the way I teach and practice EFT.

Over the course, you will:

* Learn EFT’s core concepts, skills, and ethical foundations
* Build confidence applying EFT with a range of client concerns
* Experience EFT as both practitioner and client
* Discover ways to work in a trauma-informed, culturally sensitive manner

This training meets EFT International’s requirements for Level 1 & 2 Practitioner Training and is the first step toward EFTi Practitioner Certification. Ongoing mentoring and guidance are also available to support you through the certification process.

Level 1: Foundations of EFT

• The Basic Recipe & Discovery Statement
• SUDS scale and Psychological Reversal
• Shortcuts and variations
• Personal Peace Procedure
• Borrowing Benefits in groups
• Tapping for pain, cravings, and everyday stress

Level 2: Expanding Skills

• Trauma-safe techniques: Tearless Trauma & Movie Technique
• Chasing the pain and working with core issues
• EFT for physical symptoms
• Group work and Borrowing Benefits at a deeper level
• Testing results and building confidence as a practitioner
• Exploring online/phone applications of EFT

After the Training

At the end of Level 1 & 2 you will receive a Certificate of Attendance.
If you wish to become an Accredited Certified EFT Practitioner with EFT International, the next steps include:

1. Student Membership with EFTi
2. Mentoring and Supervision (6 hours)
3. Case Studies (4 written, including one on yourself)
4. 50 Practice Sessions with at least 20 different people
5. Recorded Session for trainer review
6. Online Practitioner Exam via EFTi

Once approved, you’ll be listed as an Accredited EFT Practitioner with EFT International. Annual CPD and supervision help you stay connected and supported.

• Dates: In person: Nov 1&2 (9am–4pm); Nov 20 (5pm–9pm)
  • Online: Nov 6&13 (5pm–8pm); Dec 4 (5pm–6:30pm)
• Format: 2 in-person days + paced online sessions
• Preparation: EFT manual and pre-reading will be provided; bring a journal for notes and reflections
