We help our clients in cope with and heal mental, emotional, behavioral, psychosomatic and situational problems from their core – thereby creating and restoring a happier and healthier personal, professional and social life.
Online counselling increases accessibility and helps with continuity of therapy for clients who are travelling or are unable to come in person for the session for various reasons. Sessions are conducted in the same way as face to face individual sessions, but over video or audio calls.
Confidentiality is maintained and the clients are encouraged to find a space with privacy and quiet to make the best use of the session. Couple, family and group sessions are not provided online.
